Optimizing Your Health During the Pandemic! Yoga, the Ultimate Refuge.

Triad Yoga is delighted to welcome Baxter Bell back to our virtual studio, although Terry and Jerry's dogs aren't too happy to not have him in person!

Baxter will present his virtual workshop, "Optimizing Your Health During the Pandemic!  Yoga, the Ultimate Refuge in Uncertain Times" November 6th - 8th. 

With plenty of uncertainty about the course of the COVID19 Pandemic, the unpredictable and devastating impacts of climate change on the Southeast and Western US, and the possibility that the political races will still be up in the air on November 6th, Baxter's visit is perfectly timed.  From a new take on how we respond to stress, to the preventative potential of yoga for infectious disease, to dealing with all the inactivity Shelter in Place dumped in our bodies, this weekend will be full of great information and accessible yoga practices to help you move forward from here!!
